I'm always cutting, so there may be other stones available. Please feel free to inquire.

Andalusite, 1.26ct., 7.13x7.14x4.34mm. Modified Round Brilliant (Uns-And333) $202
Andalusite is an exotic gem first found in the Andalusia region of Spain, but now mostly from deposits in Brazil. It's an unusual stone because it is strongly pleochroic (displays distinct colors depending on viewing angle). The colors are usually a rich brownish orange and a strong yellowish green. I've always liked andalusite, but it's hard to find in clean pieces that allow for attractive orientation of the stone's colors. I turned down a lot of second-tier andalusite before finding this stone -- if you like unusual pieces, don't pass this up. It's not something I can easily replicate.
Blue Oligoclase Feldspar
Oligoclase Feldspar, Blue. 1.50ct, 8.64x8.70x4.87mm. Custom Trilliant. (Uns-Olg81) $100
When I cut this stone, it was reported to be a new variety of oligoclase -- the mineral has not previously been known to occur in blue. It's fairly easy to cut, unless you are too rough and run afoul of the cleavage planes. If you look close, you see that I learned this fact the hard way. A great collector's stone.
